We embarked on a thorough approach to empower TOG in navigating the German market and refining their competitive edge. Through in-depth market and competitor analysis, alongside an internal assessment of TOG's operations, we identified strategic opportunities.

Product Canvas

In order to build lasting impact and strong positioning within individual customer segments and the market environment, we created a strategic Activation Canvas, along with a tailored Messaging Map, to ensure TOG’s brand resonates, drives impact, and achieves success in a competitive landscape.

The Canvas outlines segmented information incl. goals, needs, fields of actions, risk factors, business value, core messages, benefits, success factors and resource requirements.

An Actionable Roadmap

The Activation Canvas serves as a tool to make profound strategic design, business & marketing decisions in the context of their target clusters.

To translate the Canvas into an actionable roadmap, we implemented a process tool that allows TOG to track individual fields of action. This approach prioritizes key initiatives and provides a clear, structured backlog to guide future decisions and ensure effective execution.

Targeted Communication

Our tailored Messaging Map has refined TOG's communication strategy to resonate more deeply with diverse customer segments.
