What about taxes?

We'll cover the taxes through “Pauschalversteuerung” and make sure that you end up with roughly ~500€.

Is the reward only paid out after the probation period?

No. We’ll reward you immediately after signing the contract. It’s our responsibility to properly assess new team members, not yours.
