We decided to publish this handbook to give everyone a look behind the curtain, so you can see how we roll as an organisation. We hope that you find this useful.

Holidays and time off

Striking a healthy work-life integration makes for a happier team. This is why we offer our full-time, permanent team members 30 days of paid vacation per calendar year. In addition, you get one extra day off on your birthday if it’s during the work week.

We encourage you to take time off, slow down and recharge when you need a reset, and spend as much quality time with your family, friends and yourself as you need.
