This is the place where we collect all things Diesdas; our company culture and philosophy, guides for new employees, and any interesting bits and pieces about the team and the company.

We decided to publish this handbook to give everyone a look behind the curtain, so you can see how we roll as an organisation. We hope that you find this useful.

Flexible working hours

We have flexible working hours and know that you don’t have to work in an office to be the best you. We trust our team to decide for themselves when or where they are the most productive, and that they know how to set their own schedule.

While we make sure that our office is a great place for productive work, most people are working from home, go on the occasional workation, or are fully remote. Everyone can maintain a flexible schedule, and how you divide your time (38 hours for a 5 day work week) is up to you.
